Return Policy

EXCHANGES

We only accept returns within 15 days of order receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. CONSTANÇA BASTOS is not responsible for shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product for exchange. These charges are delivered to the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@constancabastos.com and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange. We request you to fill the card that goes inside your package with the items that you desire. Place the filled card inside your shipping package and send back to us. 

Once a package is received, checked and approved, we'll send the replacement item within 5 working days.

 

RETURNS 

CONSTANÇA BASTOS has a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@constancabastos.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way, we can assess and fix the situation.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
